With over 20 years experience in leadership and team building, CEO and consultant Lisa Rueth leads our team of consulting professionals. 13 years ago she left her career as an Executive in Telecom and Manufacturing to dedicate her career to helping companies and organizations with the mechanics of leadership, human performance, and systems of collaboration with the goal of helping leaders make a deeper impact. She honed her skills at the Ken Blanchard School of Business, studying Applied Leadership and Organizational Psychology, later completing graduate work in Authentic Leadership at Naropa University. Adding to her vast knowledge, she holds many professional certifications such as Certified Customer Experience Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Kaizen Facilitator and Certified Workplace Wellness Coach. Lisa is passionate about engagement; she seeks to understand how to motivate each of your stakeholders to power up your mission.
Reem Mourad is an organizational development leader with more than two decades facilitating positive impact and alignment to a variety of companies globally. He is a certified strategist, facilitator, adviser, consultant and communications leader. He has worked across numerous industries including defense, oil and gas, federal and state, non-profit, casino, IT, education and telecommunications. He has strong capabilities in organizational assessment, problem solving and conflict resolution, learning strategy, workshop design and group facilitation, talent management life-cycle strategy, enterprise strategy and implementation, including articulation and transmission of mission, vision and values.
Mr. Mourad is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, certified in ITIL Foundations in Service Management and holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University.
